Return & Exchange Policy

At AH Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to be completed, depending on the payment method used.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
